Visa Letters


Delegates from certain countries will require visas to travel to Ireland and to attend the conference. The list of countries can be found via this link www.inis.gov.ie/en/INIS/Pages/check-irish-visa

The Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation European (NIDOE) Conference Dublin 2019 conference ambassador team will issue letters to registered delegates to assist with visa applications. Delegates must register and pay for their conference place (Should your visa be rejected and you can prove that you applied for the visa no less than eight weeks before (by 5th September 2019) - the start date of the conference then 67% of your registration fee will be refunded (37% - Non-Refundable goes towards administrative cost). 100% Registration fee is NON REFUNDABLE after 5th September 2019

Please send the conference ambassador team the following information:
• The Nigerians in Diaspora Organisation European (NIDOE) Conference Dublin 2019 registration number (issued when places are booked)

• Full name as it appears on passport:
• Passport number:
• Country of Issue:
• Expiry date:
• Date of Birth:

And send to nidoeconference19@nidoireland.org with “visa invitation request” in the subject line.
The conference ambassador team will then issue the letter in an electronic (pdf) format. Please ensure that you request letters in sufficient time to allow for processing of visas. Further information can be found here: www.inis.gov.ie
